RELYANT knows how to quickly mobilize to support emergent requirements under both fixed price and cost-plus contract structures. While we provide prompt and accurate pricing, we understand the cost-plus structure and we can remain nimble to the inherent uncertainty.
As we currently support other disaster and rapid response programs, we place assets ready to deploy within 24 hours that include key personnel (program managers, construction project managers, site superintendents, cost trackers, health & safety professionals, quality control experts, etc.), mobile office spaces, equipment, on-call labor, and standard operating procedures. We also can obtain labor and equipment to complete work on a 3-week timeline.
We maintain organic capacity to include more than 350 personnel, 5 regional offices, 7 project offices nationwide, and a fleet of equipment. Should our organic capacity need to be supplemented, RELYANT’s operational assets include an extensive database of qualified, proven, and vetted personnel, vendors and subcontractors, many of whom have supported other rapid response requirements. We have been chosen repeatedly as the contractor on various disaster relief efforts because we are USACE-Approved, and have all appropriate active licenses and TS/SCI clearances.
