Henry began his career with RELYANT in 2019, bringing over 15 years of operational and business development experience with him. In his role of Senior Director of Operations, Henry maximizes performance of all groups and areas of operation through his leadership. While concentrating on customer requirements, he increases operational performance, maintains positive workforce motivation, encourages individual development, and engages in succession planning. Prior to joining RELYANT, he held positions in operations and operations support departments. In his previous position as Director of Proposals, he led teams that won IDIQ awards with up to $25B in contracts and task orders. Henry served nine years in the United States Army, received a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University, and is a General Electric (GE) Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Apart from RELYANT, Henry is a movie and music buff who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
