Creed began his career with RELYANT in 2009 as Project Manager. He was promoted to Program Manager in 2013 and is currently serving as the Director of Quality and Control. Creed is an experienced safety, quality, program, and project manager with over 300 successfully executed projects on his resume. Creed brings comprehensive experience in operations administration, delivering on organizational objectives with the attention to detail that is necessary for complete customer fulfillment. His previous duties have included program management in the Pacific business unit, project management in the Americas and Middle East business units, corporate quality control management, strategic planning, technical proposal input, contract management, and customer relations. His program and project management expertise includes MMRP and environmental remediation programs, which includes HTRW soil & groundwater remediation work, geotechnical, civil, mechanical, and electrical works. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Creed is a married father of three and enjoys staying active with his family and cheering on the University of Tennessee Volunteers.
