As Prime contractor, RELYANT performed the design and construction of multiple buildings at Bagram Air Force Base, including the living accommodations, storage buildings, roads, Operations Center (OPCEN), doors, walls, fences, screen, and cold base. After construction was complete, RELYANT worked various Operations & Maintenance (O&M) elements for each of these distinct buildings, including managing water and wastewater services; operating, maintaining, and repairing power generators; maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) & refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems; and maintaining all buildings and structures. Water operations for this contract included drinking water services, ensuring consistent access to a daily water requirement of 140 liters per person per day for a maximum supply of 200 people.
