RELYANT was awarded this project to provide DB, procurement, and training services to support Africa’s military readiness capabilities and include the following scope of work:

• Design, construct, and equip a medical facility suitable for Role I medical support in N’djamena, Chad, as defined by NATO’s Allied Joint Medical Doctrine (AJ P-4.10); incorporate a dedicated classroom to support their future training efforts.

• Design, construct, and equip a C-130 aircraft hangar that expands the FAN’s capacity in Niamey, Niger to deploy C-130 airframes in support of counterterrorism operations in Niger and across the region.

• Design, construct, and equip one vehicle maintenance facility in Niamey, Niger to increase operational readiness of U.S.-provided vehicles for FAN CT operations.

• Equip the existing vehicle maintenance facility in Diffa, Niger.

• Provide O&M training

RELYANT’s investment in planning, designing, scheduling, and sourcing for this TO ensured our ability to rapidly mobilize and deploy to the project sites upon notice to proceed. Based on country experience, our Program Management Office (PMO) and regional offices constantly monitored conditions that could adversely impact the deployed team and our customer’s objectives.
