Under this $7.9M project, RELYANT provided all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, non-personal services, and other items necessary for the upgrade of the OSP (including the addition of path diversity) and ISP remediation and update.  This modernization effort includes upgrades to the current telecommunication equipment, power and grounding, cabling, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), OSP and ISP to meet the requirements in support of the infrastructure and user community.
